Joint beef

  • According to the market requirements and in accordance with the norms of processing technology we provide a full line of joint beef and pork. All meat and offal are specially treated and satisfy even the most demanding requirements.

Joint pork

  • For customers properly equipped for further meatprocessing, we offer half pigs, front halves of pigs, and beef quarters.
  • Latest date of consumption – 3 days from the date of production, stored at 5 °C

Sausages

  • Popular and sought-after products for everyday consumption.
  • Produced from pork and beef, with the use of quality spices and added substances.
  • Most sausages are filled into natural intestines (pig, cattle)
  • Latest date of consumption is 5 days from the date of production when stored at 5 °C.
  • Optionally, all products reaching 3-5 kg of weight can get a hygienic vacuum packing in protective atmosphere (AO) (12,13,14). Advantage – extended time period for consumption (10 days), better storability.

Cooked salami

  • Produced from pork and beef, with the use of quality spices and added substances.
  • All products are put into plastic packages of different kinds which ensure extended durability and lossless storability.
  • Latest date of consumption is 15 days from the date of production when stored at 5 °C.

Smoked meat products

  • sú to výrobky vyrobené zo špeciálne opracovaného bravčového mäsa konzervovaného soliacou zmesou a údenín. U údených mias bez kostí je zabezpečená predĺžená trvanlivosť varením a vákuovo zabalením do zmrštiteľných PE obalov.

Special meat products

  • These are products of high quality produced from specially prepared high-quality meat, mainly pork. spices and added substances are used during production.
  • Most of these products is vacuum packaged into shrinkable PE wrappings, which serves as a certificate of extended durability. Latest date of consumption is 15 days from the date of production when stored at 5 °C.

Cooked and Baked products

  • Heat treatment of the main raw materials as well as finished products is typical for this group. Carefully selected raw materials and natural spices are used during production. Domestic specialities that are characteristic to classical pig slaughter are also produced seasonally. Natural wrappings or appropriately prepared PE-wrappings are used.
  • Latest date of consumption is from 3 to 10 days based on the product type, when stored at 5 °C.

Durable salamis

  • A product group made from selected pork and beef. Each product has a distinctive savouriness, adequate spices.
  • A typical feature of these products is extended durability, which is a consequence of the composition of raw materials, reduced water content, and the use of special wrappings.
  • Komárno hot-sausage (komárnanská pikantná klobása) is an exculsive product, which we produce based on our own special recipe.
  • Latest date of consumption is 15 days from the date of production when stored at 5 °C.

Smoked bacon – lard

  • Domestic pig fat and other products are acquired through the classic method of rendering bacon in cauldrons, where the original flavour of domestic lard is preserved.
  • Packaging – in PE cups
  • Latest date of consumption – 3 months from the date of production when stored at 5 °C.

Vacuum-packed meat products

  • Among the advantages of this group of products are extended durability, hygiene of production and also distribution.
  • These serve excellently during holidays or at home for everyday snacks.
  • VPS – Vacuum-packed sliced in PE bags, a pack weighing appr. 150 gr
  • VPW – Vacuum-packed whole portions in PE bags, a pack weighing appr. 300 gr
  • Latest date of consumption based on the product type is 10-15 days from the date of production, when stored at 5 °C.
